Efter den nyligen genomförda renoveringen är detta eleganta fyravåningshotell, som ligger i Prospero Provanos tidigare renässanspalats, ett bevis på modern hotellstandard. Med totalt 56 rum, inklusive elva storslagna sviter, erbjuder hotellet möjligheten att njuta av ett raffinerat boende. Genom århundradena har det stått värd för en rad uppskattade internationella personligheter. Bland dessa personer kan nämnas tsar Alexander I av Ryssland, storhertig Konstantin Romanov, det persiska sändebudet till Napoleon, Mohamed Riza, samt berömda personer som Franz Liszt och Honoré de Balzac.

Hotel Pod Różą utstrålar elegans och kan stoltsera med två sofistikerade restauranger på den tidigare innergården, som nu är täckt av ett glastak. Restaurangerna erbjuder sin egen stil, inredning och servicekänsla. Gästerna är också hjärtligt välkomna att besöka Vinoteka, en unik miljö där kulinariska läckerheter från köket kan avnjutas bland en samling av över 7 000 vinflaskor.

Under 2020 renoverades hotellet grundligt med hänsyn till dess historiska arv och med moderna bekvämligheter som ett wellness och spa-center.
